Fill out the credit card
authorization form, print it out and fax it to us along with
a photocopy of your Credit Card (front and back), and a
photocopy of the card holder's Passport or State ID (Driver's license) to (214) 631-2464.
Note: After we receive your fax, if for any reason you want to cancel or
change your tickets, you may have to pay the penalty fees.
